Enterprise subscriptions are offered selectively to large exporters and institutional partners following a formal commercial validation process, minimum revenue or usage thresholds, and execution of a signed agreement. ShopEnGenie reserves the right to approve, modify, or decline Enterprise terms in order to protect platform integrity and fairness for the broader seller community.

Billing rules (short)

  • Subscription covers storefront + marketplace vendor features for the factory — we do not charge % on your factory orders.
  • PO overage is charged only when monthly POs exceed your plan allowance.
  • We charge a success fee (0.5–1%) only for marketplace demand we introduce and/or when we handle escrow & payments on your behalf (opt-in).
  • Only captured payments are charged; refunds reverse fees.
